Proven record of significant contribution in food safety and quality, microbiology, sanitation, technical, regulatory, and supplier/co-packer management from source to market with major manufacturing companies.  Demonstrated effectiveness in product/package/equipment innovation and commercialization, process improvement, and project management in a wide range of beverage and manufacturing categories.  Effective leader of cross functional teams and individual contributor in progressive dynamic companies.

Traci holds a B. S., Chemistry and a B. S., Biology from CSU Bakersfield, Bakersfield, CA. Traci’s skill set includes, Advanced Level Thermal Processing, Juice HACCP Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, Citrus Processing Workshop, OSHA Training, KORE Quality System, FDA, USDA, BRC, SQF  Experience Auditor Certification, SAP, Infinity QS.
