Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Cultivate Group, Owner and President of Charis Food & Beverage Consulting. Jill Costelow is a leading operations professional in the food and beverage industry with over 25 years of experience managing large-scale technical and manufacturing processes. Jill has extensive experience working for large companies such as Nestle, Coca Cola and Frito Lay as well as smaller and start-up companies such as Pressed Juicery, POM Wonderful, California Natural Products and Odwalla. Jill has experience in building plants from the ground up, shepherding the project from idea to implementation. Her experience ranges from CPG to brick and mortar retail stores. In addition, Jill has developed teams of skilled and experienced people to support projects from building new factories to developing new products and executing marketing plans. Jill is also well-versed in the fresh and pasteurized juice industry and was a part of the original team that wrote the FDA’s Juice HACCP plan. In addition to being recognized as an authority on thermal process, Jill is also a certified BRC auditor and has an background in food microbiology. Jill has an extensive thermal and non- thermal processing background from Aseptic to HPP. Inventor on 3 patents within the beverage industry.
Jill holds a B.S. in Food Science from UC Davis. In addition, she has completed advanced studies in project management/execution, operational excellence & leadership, aseptic and thermal processing, food safety, HACCP and GFSI programs. Co-Chair of Juice and Beverage Task Force with FDA, IFSH.
